Can i put my car under my dad's insurance even thou its registered to me?

Isn't Social Security a required charge/duty/insurance on all employees? Isn't unemployment insurance a required insurance if you don't are a completely independent specialist? Is not motor insurance a mandatory insurance for almost any driving individual?
